Our Comprehensive Program

James E. DeWitt, DPM, FACFAS is a podiatrist who recognizes the seriousness of falls and has developed a Fall Prevention Program to help patients reduce and control the risk of falling.

This program consists of identifying people who may be at risk for falls and developing a treatment plan to reduce those risks.  Since falls are most often caused by several factors, we evaluate medical, physical, and environmental issues that may cause you to lose your balance.

We have established a network of providers devoted to keeping seniors independent and reducing fall risk.

You're not alone! Our fall prevention coordinator will provide assistance in scheduling appointments and managing your care plan.
